This Privacy Policy explains how NEXTALE ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website, mobile apps, and related services (together, the "Service").

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address, and if you sign up as a creator, information you provide about yourself or your studio.
Content you submit. If you apply as a creator, we collect the information and preview materials you submit through our application form, as described in our Content Preview Submission Terms.
Payment information. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (such as Stripe). We do not store your full card details ourselves — our payment processor handles that directly.
Usage data. We collect information about how you use the Service, such as which series and episodes you view, watch time, device type, browser, and general location (derived from IP address).
Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service and, where enabled, to understand usage patterns. See Section 4.

Creator preview submissions are retained for approximately 12 months after our last communication or review, as described in our Content Preview Submission Terms, unless discussions continue or we're required to keep records longer.

NEXTALE hosts mature-themed content and is not directed at children. Our Service is intended for users who meet the applicable age requirements described in our Terms of Service, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your region). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
NEXTALE is based in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries, which may have different data protection laws than your home country.
