Version 1.0 · Effective September 16, 2026
These terms apply when you submit your contact details and a preview of your video production, series, episode, trailer, concept, or other creative work (the "Submission") to NEXTALE ("we," "us," or "our") through this form.
By submitting the form, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
1. Purpose of the Submission
You are providing the Submission only so that we can:
- review and evaluate your work;
- decide whether we may be interested in discussing a possible collaboration; and
- contact you about the Submission and related opportunities.
Submitting the form does not create a partnership, agency relationship, employment relationship, publishing agreement, distribution agreement, or other commercial relationship.
2. What You May Submit
The Submission may include your name, company or studio name, email address, telephone number, social-media or portfolio links, information about your project, and a video preview or link to a preview.
Please submit only the materials reasonably needed for us to evaluate your work. Do not include sensitive personal information, source files, passwords, financial information, or material that you are not authorized to share.
3. You Keep Ownership
You retain all ownership and intellectual-property rights in your Submission. These terms do not transfer ownership of your work to us.
4. Limited Permission to Review
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to access, store, copy, and internally review the Submission solely for evaluation, administration, security, and communication purposes.
We may share the Submission only with our employees, contractors, professional advisers, and service providers who reasonably need access for those purposes. This permission does not allow us to publish, distribute, publicly display, advertise, sell, license, monetize, modify, or commercially exploit your Submission.
We will not use your Submission to train a generative artificial-intelligence model unless you separately agree to this in writing.
5. No Publication or Monetization Rights
Your Submission is for review only. By submitting it, you do not grant us any right to:
- publish or make your content available to viewers;
- use your content in marketing or advertising;
- distribute or sublicense your content;
- charge viewers for access to your content; or
- otherwise monetize your content.
Any future publication, distribution, exclusivity, promotion, revenue share, royalty, payment, or monetization arrangement must be covered by a separate written agreement accepted by both you and us.
6. Your Confirmations
You confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old and have legal authority to make the Submission;
- the information you provide is accurate;
- you own the Submission or have all permissions needed to share it with us for review;
- our review of the Submission as described in these terms will not violate any agreement or third-party right; and
- the Submission does not contain unlawful content, malware, or material that creates a security risk.
If you are submitting on behalf of a company, studio, production team, or another person, you confirm that you are authorized to act for them.
7. Review Does Not Guarantee an Offer
We are not required to review, accept, respond to, publish, distribute, promote, finance, or monetize any Submission. Submission does not guarantee an offer, payment, partnership, or future agreement.
We may stop reviewing a Submission or remove it from our systems if we reasonably believe it is unlawful, infringes third-party rights, creates a security risk, or violates these terms.
8. Similar Ideas and Confidentiality
We may already be developing or reviewing content, concepts, themes, characters, formats, or ideas that are similar to yours. Similarity alone does not create liability or give either party ownership of the other party's independently created work.
We will treat your Submission as non-public and limit access as described in Section 4. However, submitting through this form does not create a formal confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement. If your Submission contains highly confidential information or trade secrets, please contact us before submitting it so that we can consider whether a separate written confidentiality agreement is appropriate.
9. Personal Data and Contact
We may use the contact details and other personal data you provide to administer the submission process, evaluate your Submission, prevent misuse, keep appropriate records, and contact you about your Submission or a possible collaboration.
Submitting this form does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing communications. Additional information about how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data, and how you may exercise your rights, is available in our Privacy Policy.
We will normally retain the Submission and related contact details for 12 months after our last communication or review, unless discussions continue, you ask us to delete them, or we need to keep limited records for legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
To request access, correction, or deletion, contact play@nextale.com.
10. Removal Requests
You may ask us to stop reviewing and delete your Submission by contacting play@nextale.com. We will process reasonable requests within a commercially reasonable period, subject to backups and any legal, security, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping obligations.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
12. Changes and Entire Terms
These terms and the Privacy Policy describe the conditions applicable to this initial Submission. They do not replace any later written agreement between you and us concerning publication, distribution, monetization, or another collaboration.
We may update these terms for future submissions. The version shown when you submit the form applies to your Submission.
13. Electronic Acceptance
Clicking the submission button or checking the acceptance box constitutes your electronic acceptance of these terms.
